An event booking is confirmed once the client accepts the agreed proposal and makes the required advance payment.
Advance payments may be used to secure venues, vendors, artists, equipment, décor materials, logistics, and other services required for the event.
If an event is cancelled by the client, the refund eligibility will depend on:
Any refundable amount will be determined after considering these commitments.
Payments made by Phrase Events to third-party vendors, venues, artists, caterers, transportation providers, or other service partners may be non-refundable.
Such amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Cancellations made shortly before the scheduled event may not qualify for a refund because significant planning, preparation, bookings, and vendor commitments may already have been completed.
The applicable terms will depend on the individual event and booking agreement.
If you wish to change the event date, venue, guest count, services, décor, or other requirements, please inform us as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Any previously paid amount will be adjusted according to the revised arrangements where applicable.
In exceptional circumstances where Phrase Events is unable to provide the agreed services, we will communicate with the client and make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be determined based on the services not provided and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Phrase Events will not be responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, severe weather, venue closure, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds or alternative arrangements in such situations will be considered based on the circumstances and commitments already made for the event.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.
